The PLS 300 is a mobile saw station for precise rip, angle and mitre cuts, making it the ideal addition to Bosch jigsaws from the DIY range. The PLS 300 allows you to make jigsaw cuts with superb accuracy. The highly flexible modular system is ideal for guided cuts into wood, aluminium and plastic. It can be used to saw laminate, parquet, plastic and aluminium quickly and reliably in straight lines. This saw station is also suitable for cutting tiles in combination with the PTC 1 tile cutter, available separately.

The PLS 300 from Bosch is a handy saw station for precise rip, angle and mitre cuts, making it the ideal addition to Bosch jigsaws from the DIY range. The PLS 300 brings even greater accuracy to the cuts you make with Bosch jigsaws. The highly flexible modular system is ideal for guided cuts into wood, aluminium and plastic or, in short, all of the materials that can usually be processed with a jigsaw. It can be used to saw laminate, parquet, plastic and aluminium quickly and reliably in straight lines. This allows you to set horizontal and vertical mitre angles of ± 45 degrees. The maximum cutting length for cross cuts (0 degrees) is 31.5 cm, while the maximum cutting height is 2.5 cm. This saw station is also suitable for cutting tiles in combination with the PTC 1 Tile Cutter, available separately.

The PLS 300 provides optimal support when cutting panels or square timbers to length, laying parquet or laminate flooring, or installing skirting boards or aluminium rails. This saw station is easy to set up and adjust – in no time at all, it is ready to go and helps DIYers to quickly and safely make straight cuts. This is because the guide channel precisely guides the jigsaw while it cuts. This aluminium structure guides the jigsaw’s base plate and consequently the saw blade as well. At the same time, it holds the workpiece securely. The guide channel can be adjusted with accuracy using the easy-to-read scale for horizontal angle cuts of up to ± 45 degrees.

The modular design of the PLS 300 offers numerous setup options and a wide range of possible uses. Two additional parts supplied as standard allow you to extend the PLS 300’s guide for longer workpieces. Two supports make it easier for the DIYer to saw wider workpieces as well. The guide rail, including the support, can be detached, allowing you to use the saw station as an additional support for cutouts and rip cuts as well. For precise mitre cuts, for example when working with skirting boards, the DIYer can set the jigsaw base plate at a 45 degree angle.

Thanks to its modular system, this auxiliary tool is highly flexible and therefore ideal for guided cuts into wood, aluminium and plastic. At the core of the tool is the guide rail that securely guides the jigsaw’s base plate and saw blade. At the same time, it holds your workpiece firmly in place. The guide channel can be adjusted with accuracy using the easy-to-read scale for horizontal angle cuts of up to ± 45 degrees. The PLS 300 allows you to carry out laying work, such as with laminate or parquet flooring, with speed and accuracy. This means that both horizontal and vertical mitre angles are possible. The tool comes complete with nine T 144 DP saw blades.
