Jet OES-80CS – band saw for grinding edges, rounded surfaces, roughing of wooden parts and other similar works. Designed for professional use in production workshops and private carpentry shops; due to the wide possibilities of changing over is very versatile and multifunctional. Powerful engines (both in single- and three-phase versions), qualitatively executed and well-designed design guarantee high reliability and durability, even with intensive use.

The model is equipped with an auxiliary mechanism which, due to the rotation of the front tension roller assembly, allows the belt to oscillate in a direction perpendicular to the main movement. Oscillation promotes more efficient abrasive work and improves the productivity of the machine.
The belt unit of the machine is made rotary about the longitudinal axis, it can be installed vertically, horizontally or at any intermediate angle, the selected position is fixed by the eccentric handle without using the tool. The main working table made of cast iron is adjustable in height, which makes it possible to level its surface with the plane of the tape when it is horizontal or to use the resource of its entire width when operating in a vertical one. To fix the workpiece, there is a long “parallel” stop with a fixation in the T-groove and a movable corner.

The machine is equipped with a remote table located opposite the belt tensioning roller. On it perform operations on grinding the curvilinear edges. The table is adjustable in height.
Depending on the configuration, they remove or install protective covers (three in all), which simultaneously play the role of dust collectors. Due to high performance the machine needs to be connected to a powerful aspiration system.
