Description

The unique feature of this 1/2˝ gouges is the blade which tapers from the cutting edge to the shank. This allows greater flexibility and control when working in tight areas. They are very useful in situations that are difficult for the typical style of gouge. The handle is made from best quality Japanese Red Oak. The blade length is 2½˝ and overall length is 9½˝. It comes well sharpened with an approximate #5 sweep.
