Jet Filtration System ASF-1000 B is designed for air cleaning in all industrial premises where dust or particles of paintwork materials forming a slurry occur. There are two main operating modes of the device: continuous and programmable. The latter is used to clean the room during off-hours: with the help of the remote control set the timer for 2, 4 or 8 hours and power (performance) – after completing the program, the AFS-1000 BB turns off.

The filtration system is two-stage. The standard package includes an external electrostatic filter. It is very effective and detains most of the contaminants, leaving only the finest slurry fraction (mostly less than 5 μm) to the main built-in filter. The external electrostatic filter can be replaced with an optional electrostatic filter: it removes not only mechanical, but also some chemical contaminants, cleaning the air of odors.

Installation of the system is carried out at a height of at least two meters from the floor to a support that supports at least 40 kg of static load; There are also hinges for hanging to the ceiling. Performance of the device corresponds to a room up to 300 cubic meters.
