Been using one for years. Very versatile bench, especially if you add more bechdogs / clamps that utilise the benchdog holes. The orange benchdogs supplied with the table has snap in clips that does not last . Lately I clamp my Kreg pockethole system between the moving plates. Just enough of a lip between the benchdogs for the pockethole system to rest on before clamping it tight.

I have a workmate for year. the workmate was designed by a South African. I use it when I do installion as it is collapsable and and easy to transport.
