Our Rack & Pinion CNC Machine is designed on a rigid square tubing table, with 12mm aluminium y-axis brackets to eliminate any unwanted movement on the y-axis that’s making the machine extremely rigid and as strong as possible for high accuracy cutting that’s great for high production. This machine is perfect to cut aluminium, perspex, wood and other materials with high accuracy. This machine can cut 4-6mm per pass depending on the density of the material and the type of cutting bit used. Very good reliability with the MASSO Controller with it’s ridged frame and aluminium extrusions. Including seven limit switches A+, A-, Y+, Y-, X+, X- and Z+ for the use as limits, homing, auto squaring and soft limits. With many upgradable options, electronically or mechanically like servo motors, 3kw air cooled or water cooled spindle kits, you are in the front seat to get your ideal CNC Machine built to your requirements.
