The CNC BASIX – Ball Screw CNC Machine with MACH3 Controller is built for demanding applications, delivering precise and efficient cutting performance. Designed to handle extended cutting hours, it offers superior accuracy when working with aluminium, perspex, and wood.
With HGR15 linear rails and SFU2010 ball screws on the X and Y axes, the machine ensures smooth, stable motion. The Z-axis operates with a T8 lead screw and HGR15 linear rails, further enhancing precision. A Makita RT0700C 700W Router powers the cutting process, featuring a manual speed control ranging from 12,000 to 30,000 RPM.
The maximum feed rate reaches 1,000 mm/min, while the maximum jog rate is 2,000 mm/min. For added customisation, users can upgrade to 1.5kW, 2.2kW, or 3kW spindle kits, with options for air-cooled and water-cooled models, as well as a 3kW automatic tool changer.
