Description

CNC BASIX – Ball Screw CNC Machines with Arduino Controllers.

The CNC BASIX – Ball Screw CNC Machine with Arduino Controller is part of our production range, designed to handle high workloads with precision and efficiency. Whether cutting aluminium, perspex, or wood, this machine is built for long operational hours without compromising on accuracy.

Equipped with HGR15 linear rails and SFU2010 ball screws on the X and Y axes, the machine ensures smooth, stable, and precise movement. The Z-axis operates with a T8 lead screw and HGR15 linear rails, further enhancing cutting accuracy.

Driven by an Arduino-controlled closed-loop stepper motor system, this CNC machine delivers consistent performance. It also includes a Makita RT0700C 700W Router with a 12,000 to 30,000 RPM manual speed control, providing flexibility for different materials and applications. The maximum feed rate reaches 1,000 mm/min, while the maximum jog rate is 2,000 mm/min, ensuring efficient operation.

Users can further customise their machine with a range of optional upgrades, such as 1.5kW, 2.2kW, or 3kW spindle kits, including water-cooled and air-cooled options, as well as a 3kW automatic tool changer.
