60° V-Carving Bit, 32mm Diameter - 6mm Shank | VCU061.

V-Carving bits are used to cut a 2D image so that it created a 3D effect.  The 3D effect comes from the fact that the bit cuts deeper where the image is wider and shallower where the image is narrow.  The different in depth creates the 3D effect.

The other application of these bits are to chamfer the edge of a work piece.
