Good day Willem, yes these blades can be sent to a professional tool sharpener for sharpening.

My saw has a 16mm bore diameter. Will this blade work with the “Bushing For Blades 30-16mm”?

Hi Masigan Tandree, this bushing will not be a good fit for this blade. The thickness of the busing being referred to is 2mm and the Base blade thickness of this blade is 1.8mm. When using a busing it should be a good tight fit into the saw blade requiring a tap with a mallet to secure it in place. Hope this helps.
