Is the main picture of the complete unit?
How is the drill body secured?
A big, powerfull drill dangling from the end of this tool which is attached only by two small nylon feet seems like a pretty bad idea. I would buy this if it came with a (clamp type) housing for the drill body that can also be attached to the same work surface as the rest of the lathe – it’s a great idea in principle; but there are just way too many things that can go wrong here.

Good day Jacques, yes this is the image of the complete unit. Please not that the unit comes with a clamp which secures the throat of your drill to the attachment. The screw on this clamp allows for the drill’s throat to be securely clamped to the attachment. This will be enough security for most soft wood applications that are less than 150mm in width.
