Description of Class:
This 6-hour class takes you through the step-by-step process of constructing your exotic hardwood phone valet stand. The process involves woodwork and no previous experience is necessary as your instructor and host will guide you through the entire process.
This is the latest instalment in our series of Instructed Classes, hosted by Copperfish Creationz & Tools4Africa, being held at our new Splinters Workshop. Join us on the 16th of October 2021 @ 09H00, for an awesome opportunity to have fun and learn some new skills.
We’ll start with a coffee and a meet and greet, following which we will head into the workshop to start creating your exotic hardwood phone valet stands!
You’ll be provided with detailed plans on how to go about your project, but don’t worry as there will be a team of friendly hands-on woodworking professionals guiding and assisting you wherever needed. You’ll be able to use some top end power tools in a safe and secure environment while having a great time.
During the course of the day light snacks and drinks will be served (we cater for vegetarians 😉) and you’ll have a chance to chat to everyone, ask questions and get some inspiration for your project. We will also have a lucky draw where everyone will get a chance to win a cool prize, as well as freebies for everyone who attends.
Everything that you may need will be provided, including safety gear, materials, tools and more. All you need to do is show up and get building!
If your partner would like to build their own valet stand, 50% of the attendance fee will be charged on the day to cover the cost of additional materials, equipment and consumables.
