Description

It is deeply curved, edged all the way to the tip, and has a flat back for pushing with your thumbs (always carve away from your body) when you need that extra oomph! Brass ferrule and a tang extending all the way through the smooth cherry handle are extras you likely won’t expect but will welcome because this knife is built to carve many spoons. Overall length is 8″, and hook radius is 0.5″. Proudly made in the USA.
